Bulgarian Visa Application Form

The applications are in portable document format (PDF) and use Acrobat Reader to view and print them.

Download the following form, fill it and come in person to the Consular Section of the Bulgarian Embassy.

Please bring your passport, the completed form, passport size photographs and all the documents required for

the different types of visas. Sign the Application form in the Consular Section. The Visa type “D” applicants need

to fill two forms.

Please note that only applications with all supporting documents will be accepted.
